“I was really happy with all the cakes I got. The New York-style cheesecake was classic and perfect, exactly what you want from a good cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake was also great—it had a fresh, bright strawberry topping that wasn't too sweet. And the chocolate cake was rich and moist without being too heavy. They were all delicious and the portions were just right.“

“The two female staff just seem rude, like they hate their jobs. Even when I called originally for a birthday cake they were rude which made me not order from them.. I then went in for cupcakes for the birthday dinner part (last minute), it's like they don't want to sell shit. While I was deciding and asking questions the one waiting on me seemed extremely annoyed the other one just stared at me like I was dumb 🤣 I was pretty quick and polite. Cupcakes were cute, prices are good, flavors were good. I was super excited to try this bakery out but not sure we will be back.“

“The owner is the BEST!! We ordered a cake for a party and had to pick up at the Cold Stone in Maumee on 1/25 during the insane snow storm. They received our order and charged us, but when my dad went to pick up he found signs that said they were closed. My mom called this Cold Stone to see if they were open, and even though they weren’t, the owner came in just to make the cake for us. This was the best customer service we have ever experienced - will definitely be back!!“
