“Tried first time today, 5 star for good pizza but the mild buffalo and BBQ wings weren't good to me , I didn't know they broast the wings which makes for soft skin, I usually expect crispy chicken wings, I tried to crisp them a bit under the broiler but didn't really work out, im sorry to say the wings get 1 star”

“BEST restaurant ever! Jose’ and María are the best! our youngest calls them tío José and TT María (she calls all her aunts TT) Food is amazing. We have been a few times had multiple servers and they are all fantastic! My all time favorite is the burrito Azteca. If you haven’t tried i encourage you to please do it! I promise you will not regret it.”

“Last night we had the gyro, the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, and the wings. The gyro was fantastic! It was stuffed with meat, veggies, and a flavorful tzatziki sauce. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes, which was the special of the evening, was a personal size, top glazed meatloaf set in a mound of homemade mashed potatoes with a wonderful gravy. It was flavorful and filling. The wings were huge and juicy. We had the honey habanero sauce which was amazing. We highly recommend West Ave Tavern for a fantastic meal, drinks and atmosphere.”

“I have always loved coming here. I typically meet my cousin here before work on Tuesdays. This time we met at lunchtime.... the atmosphere is wonderful. And the service is impeccable. One of the baristas was passing samples of one of their signature drinks, it was the frozen gingerbread Chai latte. It was beautiful it tasted divine! I will have to order it next time. “Just got home from a cupcake decorating class. Sooo much fun. Instructor was very kind and patient, and got excited to see us doing well. I walked in never having made frosting flowers and walked out with several good looking cupcakes! Highly recommend. Took home a dozen cupcakes, tips, bags of frosting and lots of knowledge.”
