went to the Arby's in tiffin Ohio and this store sucked. First the lady (Ashley Middleton was what the nametag said) got snooty with me at the speaker after I set there for about 5 minutes waiting to be greeted. then I asked for extra everything on my loaded potatoes and got charged for it but barely had any topping on it at all. I will not be back. horrible service.
Apparently when you order a combo you have to say you want fries as well because I guess itâ??s rocket science that a combo is just a sandwich and a drink now?? the service keeps getting shittier and shittier every year. And half the time the fries are old and gross and not fresh.

This Arby's was horrible. Horrible service. Waited forever at the speaker then when I said hello to get their attention they got really snooty, didn't say "welcome to Arby's", just "whenever your ready" like I was interrupting them. Then charged me for extra on my loaded fries but didn't give it. Never again. The girls nametag had the name Ashley Middleton on it.
