went there yesterday and asked for a hot vanilla cappuccino , kid made me an iced butter pecan. asked him to remake it. took 10 mins and made everyone after me’s drink and i heard him tell another coworker that it was luke warm and he didn’t care. he gave it to me and I asked him to remake it. he said no and went to the drive thru window. Another employee made it. Terrible service
