The restaurant Avestruz has a relaxing, fun and artistic atmosphere with great energy. Lunch and dinner had street tacos, grilled shrimp, fried walleye, chicken and grits, crab crusted walleye and deep fried tamales. Appetizers hummus with roasted vegetables, Brussels sprouts and handmade mini donuts were excellent and outstanding reviews. The menu is creative and has something for everyone’s taste, with ample servings and exceptional drink and spirit. Service is top shelf, attention to dietary needs and detail. Guests liked the food as awesome, delicious, phenomenal and truly fantastic. The location is a fantastic addition to the downtown 419 restaurant community and a great launching pad for the new Ostrich Town district.
