Never again, if you like bland and tasteless food go and dine here. This is like asian fusion hospital food. Heck I had better hospital food than this. The rice was hard, the meat is unseasoned, the sauce is watered down.

Had my girlfriend pick up 2 orders. the portions of protein was sooo small, & they left out items “veggies” that was supposed to be on the menu advertised. My rice was hard kinda. can’t believe I’m paying this much for this healthy money pit! Smh

SHUT OUT TO BATOOL SHES SUCH A SWEETHEART she helped me out with everything and it was my first time there she helped me get the fried rice and chick bowl with all the veggies and everything she’s such a great worker she needs a raise immediately and they were really busy and she mange to help me and do everything in about two minutes I can’t wait to go back there and order with her

this is like my third or fourth time ordering my own bowl and it was very distasteful! I ordered extra steak the whole bowl was more rice than anything each time i order i hate yall food, and we order from a business.. Yall forget our drinks and food is very dissatisfying 0/10

It's better than birthday fast casual! Service is limited: order on a tablet, pickup at the window at the far end. It's not necessarily elegant but it's a better alternative to your usual to-go fare!

Wow! We were in town for the zoo and a Mud Hens game and were recommended to visit Balance by a friend. We weren't sure what to expect, but are so happy we made this our stop for dinner!
The food was very tasty and extremely fresh. We left feeling very full, but not in a gross/sickly way; it was a refreshing fullness where we could go about our evening activities without issue but also without hunger! And we were impressed by the ultra low cost. For 2 adults and a child, we paid under $35 (for 3 bowls without drinks). That's an incredible value for the quality of food and serving size!
The restaurant was clean and was playing fun, up-beat music. The employees were friendly and helpful with the kiosk.
The only constructive criticism I could provide would be additional seating, as we came in as a group of 6 and had to split up to eat due to others already eating in the restaurant.

My absolute favorite restaurant. I almost always get the bang-bang and soho tacos because they're so good. They get new menu items a few times a year to try something different, but they keep their best stuff available all the time. For sides, the cream cheese wontons and brussel sprouts are amazing. Love their bubble teas, too. They make them exactly how I like it: no chunks of fruit or lots of ice floating around in there.

Balance is hands down the best fast casual option. Tofu is the best Ive ever had. The bang bang sauce is like a dream and I buy it by the jar. Try the citrus brussels and if you like a bit of spice bang bang tacos & nachos (no yogurt). If you prefer to build a bowl, all tge sauces are great and I recommend the wheat noodles for your starch. My favorite sauce is Thai guy for the bowls.
