I've been going to Jans since I was 5 years old, walking the neighborhood with my grandma. The owner was always kind and around and more than happy to talk to anyone. Great place and great owners.
Good ice cream too. Nice to be able to sit outside.
No complaints with the food. The chili is very tasty. My only gripe is that if you look through the old pictures of their menu, they have raised their prices pretty substationally in the last couple of years, but then again, who hasn't.
