Bob Evans Reviews
Stopped at the Alexis Rd location in Toledo, Ohio to get my dad dinner, The tender pot roast dinner to be exact, I went inside and ordered take out and was told it would be about 15 mins…the photos say it all, what I received is a pretty stark contrast to what was shown on the menu

Best waitress Ive had wait on me in years. Attentive at appropriate times, intuitive, just an all around pleasant individual.
We have been sitting in the restaurant for 2 hours! The food, when it finally arrived, tastes terrible. Asked for syrup for the pancakes and waffles 20 minutes ago, still do not have it. We have nothing to drink and have not seen the waitress. It’s not busy here and they did tell us they only have one cook but this is ridiculous. I would not come back if someone paid me to! Absolutely need to work on food quality, service, and timeliness.

Bob Evans restaurant offers delicious food with generous servings and a kid-friendly environment. The staff is commendable for their outstanding service, attending to customers' needs promptly and politely. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to navigate the restaurant. The Dinner Bell menu provides smaller but plentiful portions. Customers often praise the attentive and friendly staff, who ensure a great dining experience, even during busy times when it can get loud. The restaurant maintains a clean environment, and management is known for being kind and attentive. Despite some changes in atmosphere, the restaurant continues to offer excellent food, great customer service, and a welcoming environment. Many visitors appreciate the large menu options, including retro candies and alcohol, and often return to pick up chicken noodle soup by the quart when feeling sick. The restaurant remains a popular spot for families, with an excellent kids menu and ADA-compliant features such as accessible entrances, bathrooms, and tables.
