I have always had excellent service at this location, and I have been going with family for decades. The only downside is that it can get loud sometimes when it is busy, but that is not at the fault of the establishment. Management is very kind and often checks in.

It felt less like the antique restaurant I remember. IDK if it's because I now am the old people crowd or they kicked it up a notch. The environment was upbeat and the staff were very attentive, polite, and enjoyable to be around.

Although the amount of customers that come to the store has decreased rapidly due to the changes in the way that the highway was reconstructed they still have great customer service excellent food and a great environment. Always come here to pick up chicken noodle soup by the quart anytime I'm sick or any of my friends or family are sick. They also have really cool retro old school candies and just a very large menu with many options even including alcohol now!
