Appetizers were fairly tasty but unfortunately our meals were very disappointing. Our main server was late so another server took our order and I guess something got mixed up in passing but all three of our sandwiches were mixed up with each other's sides. This wouldn't have been a problem if the server who handed out our food actually said which sandwich was which but she didnt so we ended up having to trade off partially eaten sandwiches (my mother didnt finish her's as she accidentally ate some of my Nashville hot sandwich and she doesn't like spicy stuff) and then when we told our server (the one who arrived late) she sort of shrugged us off and laughed. Very disappointed in the service we were provided unfortunately

Called in told me 15mins. Went in paid still ended waiting a hour. You can never come into this establishment without a wait either for a table/food/ or to just to get waited on.

Ordered delivery through the app for the 1st time today. Shame on us I know. Our order did not everything we paid for. The manager’s solution was to come pick up the food they didn’t provide us or send us coupons in the mail. Never ordering from them again when we can’t inspect our bag. We know better and still fell for the convenience of delivery

Holy heck where do I start? Our waitress disappeared for literally 45 minutes so some poor bloke couldn’t even pay his bill, we waited over an hour for a total of 12 wings and when they came out they were ice cold and clearly had sat there until the sauce congealed. On top of this our table was absolutely filthy, there was sauce all over it and trash under neath it.

I don't understand why do they ask you what dipping sauces you would like and carrots etc.. when you get your order and anything is in the bag!!!! All you have is chicken! That's it!!! They have so many people up there just talking to its not funny!! It's best to go out in Maumee they do put your items you put on your order in the bag!! Or they ask you!! And they give you napkins also!!! I ordered a 100 count of chicken and sauces and carrots and ONLY GOT CHICKEN AT 4:30 TODAY!!!!

It’s a good place to eat everything fried foods. The place is clean and cozy. It’s a little bit pricey. They have good selections of sauce for the chicken wings. They have a very spicy sauce for the spicy lovers. They sell a very common foods for the average sports bar.

(Take out order) Ordered the Swiss mushroom burger which was phenomenal, however the bone-in wings were over cooked and rubbery, had to throw them out.

Terry is by far the best server bartender I have ever seen in the restaurant industry. It’s not close either. Every time we come in everything is perfect, our food is hot and correct, our drinks are properly portioned and she is just amazing overall. 10/5 if I could. She is the reason this place is as good as it is I’m sure!!!!
