Our server was very kind and patient with our table, we had a lot of kids. However, the wait for our food was ridiculous. We had arrived before the dinner rush and still had to wait over an hour to get our food. Worse yet, half of our group was done eating by the time the other half’s food came to the table.

This place used to be my favorite to grab food from on my way home from work but recently it seems every time I order there’s something wrong. They always delay my orders and whenever I place one online it’ll give me a ready time but when I get there the order is never ready and I have to wait another 30-45 minutes just to end up getting cold and sometimes lazily cooked food. It’s just not the same as it was a couple of years ago. Not to mention their manager is never understating or friendly, so it’s pointless to even ask them for anything.

I’m honestly not sure why we gave this place another try. This is the second disappointing experience within about a month.
We placed our order at 1:33 PM (receipt shows 1:35 PM) and were given a pickup time of 1:50 PM. We arrived right at 1:50 PM and the food wasn’t ready. We sat and waited. The waiter mentioned they were “just waiting on the chicken sandwich.” During the next 30 minutes, four other groups came in after us, and when the food finally came out, the waiter brought out food for all five groups at the same time.
Our order wasn’t actually ready until 2:18 PM. We got home at 2:23 PM and everything was cold—not warm, not room temperature, but cold. On top of that, the food is not cheap. For example, the fried pickles are $9.50, and the ticket for them was printed at 1:42 PM—so they sat for quite a while. We literally counted nine pickles.
We used to really enjoy this place (at least a year ago), but after two back-to-back bad experiences a month apart, we’re done. And it’s not like we ordered anything complicated: fried pickles, fries, a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, and loaded tots—$50+ total.
There were plenty of staff visible and chatting, so I’m unsure why the delays and poor quality happened.
Is this the normal experience now? Because it definitely didn’t used to be.
Appetizers were fairly tasty but unfortunately our meals were very disappointing. Our main server was late so another server took our order and I guess something got mixed up in passing but all three of our sandwiches were mixed up with each other's sides. This wouldn't have been a problem if the server who handed out our food actually said which sandwich was which but she didnt so we ended up having to trade off partially eaten sandwiches (my mother didnt finish her's as she accidentally ate some of my Nashville hot sandwich and she doesn't like spicy stuff) and then when we told our server (the one who arrived late) she sort of shrugged us off and laughed. Very disappointed in the service we were provided unfortunately
