Easy and quick, it is priced by weight so there is no prices listed in the store so be careful about going crazy your first time if cost is a concerned. All in all friendly staff, clean environment, a small area to sit down and enjoy your treat. Every flavor I have had has been amazing ! They also have a small selection of ice cream and sorbets, along with the frozen yogurt.
I have never heard of Koala Berry Frozen Yogurt until, yesterday. I might be bias in my opinion but, they have THE BEST sorbet in Sylvania. This frozen yogurt and ice cream shop is self-serving. The atmosphere reminds me of space aliens or cosmic encounters. The cost of your cup is based upon weight. The staff was okay -- the typical low energy teen or younger adults spirit, lol.

I live to eat frozen yogurt from Koala Berry. It is my life's purpose. Strawberry Sunset with white and regular chocolate chips, mini m&m's, strawberry popping boba, caramel turtles???? Sign me up..
