I live to eat frozen yogurt from Koala Berry. It is my life's purpose. Strawberry Sunset with white and regular chocolate chips, mini m&m's, strawberry popping boba, caramel turtles???? Sign me up.. I can serve myself?!?!?! Perfect. Nothing more infuriating than having to explain to someone that yes I do want 6 hefty scoops of m&m's stop staring at me like that. Koala Berry is quaint.. never ate inside, but one time sat outside and had a deep conversation about fan fiction with a friend for like 2 hours. Worth every penny.

Easy and quick, it is priced by weight so there is no prices listed in the store so be careful about going crazy your first time if cost is a concerned. All in all friendly staff, clean environment, a small area to sit down and enjoy your treat. Every flavor I have had has been amazing ! They also have a small selection of ice cream and sorbets, along with the frozen yogurt.

I have never heard of Koala Berry Frozen Yogurt until, yesterday. I might be bias in my opinion but, they have THE BEST sorbet in Sylvania. This frozen yogurt and ice cream shop is self-serving. The atmosphere reminds me of space aliens or cosmic encounters. The cost of your cup is based upon weight. The staff was okay -- the typical low energy teen or younger adults spirit, lol.

Not the most diverse in frozen yogurt flavorings, but perfect for me. Their toppings are extensive and clean and the prices are great. This is my go to froyo place, I’m in love with the cheesecake bites and the sauces being available to add on top are always great and fresh tasting. The employees are also always kind, even if they’re not always at the front when you first enter, they promptly come out from prepping or whatever they’re doing.
The place is decent overall; yogurt and ice cream is good, toppings are fresh and have plenty of variety, but the cost and service is why i’m giving two stars. Like other comments have said, the cashier says hello quietly as she looks up from her phone when you enter and flips the tablet around when you place the cup on the scale. Her and her 2-4 friends are usually there laughing and being obnoxious. It’s kind of uncomfortable when the staff is being louder than the customers, it’s a bit odd that the cashier speaks to her friends more than she speaks to any of the customers. Not to mention she looks irritated that she has to do her job and not just play on her phone and talk to her friends

The fro-yo itself was good, good topping varieties too. Customer service was poor though. The cashier's friends came in and they just stood there and talked. I came up and the young lady said two words to me, showed me the tablet, and went on. Facility needs a crew that isn't made of 9th grade girls or a few customer service classes.

Froyo was great, but this place has "zero" customer service. Attendant was to busy with her friends and seemed bothered to have to get up and check us out. Not worth it, would have rather gone to a local mom and pop place.
