Had someone back out a couple weeks before our wedding. The owner is so lovely and easy to talk to. I felt confident she would make exactly what we wanted. She even offers delivery which was one less thing we had to worry about. She showed up early and set the cake up exactly where we wanted. I would recommend her for anyone for any occasion.

Place is horrible since Dawn and Nick left. I called prior to them opening to see if they had an item in stock before I drove over there and she answered the phone, I said “hey I know you’re not open yet but I was wondering…” and she said “we’re closed” and hung up on me and mid sentence. I’ve been shopping here for years for my cake supplies but I definitely won’t be back after this mess. The cookies are nasty and really hard now, cupcakes are nasty, and their attitudes are nasty. I understand that customer service is a high stress job but if no one is being rude to you then I don’t see why you would be rude to them.

They are amazing ?Parking: In front of building, side street, and parking lot behindKid-friendliness: They are so sweet to the kids and have delicious cookies that are seasonally decorated and affordable.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to worry about, slight lip at the door but that's it.

I hate that I drove all this way for you to be closed. You guys say you close at 5pm online and on your window of the building. I get there at 4:30 just to buy a couple of supplies and you gots are closed. TAKE YOUR OLD HOURS OFF OF GOOGLE!!!

They had something that I need but they don't have much. The lady did not understand what I was asking and another lady came out to help me
So freaking RUDE! I placed an order a month ago for my 2 year olds birthday cake. They close at 5:00 it says online and I work Saturdays so I planned to get off work by 4:00 and pick up the cake. The guy who called me was so rude and told me the cake needed to be picked up by 2:00. He had a complete attitude with me for no reason. Why did no one tell me this when I ordered it? He said they did even though he wasn’t even the one who placed my order. So I’m at work and freaking out since they are closed on Sunday’s and I need to find someone to get to their shop ASAP otherwise I would have wasted $75 on a cake that my son wouldn’t have been able to have. I will never again order from this place. I had high hopes since they do wedding cakes and was hoping that we could use this place for my wedding cake but I will never go through this place again after dealing with this kind of customer service. Completely unacceptable!

change your store hours online. I'm ped off. I don't live near by . I just waisted my gas/and a trip to the store to find out they closed at 2pm. even though online it says 5pm.

ordered a cake for our grandson's 1st birthday. We have done a lot of business with them so was excited to pick up the cake. I was in disbelief of the cakes they gave us. it looks like a child did them. Called to talk to the owner, Dorothy, and they told me she was "too busy" working on a wedding cake. Very disappointed especially since we had to go to Meijer to get a "professional" cake made.
