Cake arts are under new owners, I decided to have them make cup cakes for my 8 year old grand daughters birthday...she loves Hello Kitty. Dawn the new owner did the cup cakes. they were absolutely adorable, they were delicious and a big hit with my grand daughter. thank you so much. I'll be back.
I had an extremely awkward situation happening with the employees. One of them kept saying Please look at this.Please look at this to the lady, that was trying to check me out. So it took twenty minutes for me to make one cake order. They also let another customer completely cut in front of me "while I was placing my order" to pay for her stuff. Her card was declined multiple times. My wallet and purse was sitting on the counter. neither the employee or customer seemed to care....read full review
paid $300 for a late cake,bride very upset ,wasn't what she ordered at all, only thing right was it was square,late delivery,no bling at all, looked terrible, was so embarrassed at wedding!! will never use again,wish I could get my money back.

Hello Kitty cupcakes for an 8-year-old’s birthday were absolutely adorable, delicious, and a big hit. Quince cookies were so perfect, amazing, and a hit at a party. Specialty bows were made within a few days for a gender reveal. However, one customer paid $300 for a late cake that was not what was ordered, looked terrible with no bling, and caused embarrassment at a wedding. The store is very beautiful with top-notch employees, offering a vast array of merchandise.
