“I tried working at Chick-fil-a about two months ago. Unfortunately it just wasn't a fit for me personally. I really wish it would of because the people working here are absolutely amazing. When this company says their a family, they really make you feel that love that they give. My experience I had here left me feeling the most love I have felt from a stranger. "JESSE " is a manager on Secor Rd that really touched my heart. This is why.... I came in one day to bring my uniforms back..right away without me saying anything..he asked me if I was okay..I said I'm fine trying to hold my tears back.. then I just said no my dad's in the hospital on life support..he just hugged me and started to pray for a man he never knew..I left that day with so much hope, the feeling of love..He is absolutely the most amazing young man that I'm so thankful for meeting..he helped me out of a dark day..it's very unfortunate that my dad has passed away..he went into the hospital July 5th and passed on July 31..he was very loved and is very missed in our family.... Jesse the love you showed and the prayers you gave me that day I came in..I pray and hope you and family the best everything..Thank you so much..I really mean it Thank You!.we need alot more good people like you in our dark world! ❤️“
“Love the food and the service is always good unlike some other fast food places. Went a couple of times recently and got to interact with a employee named Reagan, She was such a sweet girl. She was so nice to my wife it pu
t a smile on her face. It was nice to be waited on by a smiling face unlike most restaurants these days. Thank you Reagan.“
“The food was hot fresh and amazing! The young man who served us was so wonderful. I can’t remember his name but he was a scholarship winner from chick-fil-a. He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“
“Customer service was incredible! Fast and employees checked on us multiple times while we were there not just at the counter when ordering. One employee even moved where he was taking his lunch break to give us more space at outlr chosen seats by the playset. The playset was clean and the sound dampening was just right....enough you could see/hear the kids well but not so loud that it was ruining the actual restaurant atmosphere. We will be adding this one to our regular spot to stop on road trips!“
