Very rude when your food is not the cheapest but give people who go through the drive-thru when they're working on the road potatoe crumbs . I ordered waffle fries not crumbs . The chicken pretzel bun sandwich was good . Ugh , you can't tell me that whoever packed it didn't notice that.

My experience at Chick-fil-A was, as always, very pleasant. The service is impeccable with kind staff and the food is delicious. I got the new Pretzel club with grilled chicken and relished every bite, along with macaroni and cheese. I love their lemonade also. I'm always excited for my next visit.

An unexpectedly NEGATIVE visit to Chick-fil-A on W Central in Toledo, Ohio. .. Staff was NOT smiling and friendly. Waffle fries were half crumbs. Chicken tenders were good but tiny. I chose Chick-fil-A over Raising Canes and regret it. Canes now has the happier atmosphere and, by far, offers better value. Sorry Chick-fil-A 😞
Staff are always very kind and helpful here! My only complaint is that it can get very loud due to unsupervised children running around whilst their parents are distracted, but that is not at the fault of Chick-fil-a!

Genuinely one of the BEST chick fil a restaurants ever. I always stop at this location on my way to school up in Michigan and when I come home. The staff are always amazing, friendly, quick, and attentive. Not to mention the occasional thank you gift I get in my chick fil a app when I visit here. No other location ever does that for me, and it’s always nice to get a little extra treat! I love this locations because the food is always fresh. 10/10!
