Had an amazing lunch at this location. The male hostess was awesome in providing small talk and was happy to provide door service. Lisa, our waitress, was helpful, had fast service and very friendly. The food was so delicious. Best Mushroom and Swiss burger I have had in a very long time!! Whoever is running this location has some very good staff! The restaurant was clean and also bathrooms. Definitely will be returning to this location. I give 5 stars!! Keep up the good work....read full review

You can tell that their kitchen crew is either VERY new, or very thin/short staffed.
All of the service we had was wonderful. Tentative server (only complaint is that we never got a refill on the chips and salsa)
I will say-it was strangely packed for a Thursday afternoon, so I definitely imagine they hadn't staffed for such a rush.

My father just came back from this Chili’s where he took my mother for dinner. My mother has a disease much like Parkinson’s, and asked the waitress for a half filled cup of ice water. She filled it to the top, and my mother spilled it on herself, the waitress brought napkins, not a towel as my father had asked, and then my father said they were ignored the rest of their visit .
