Horrible! Placed an online order and didn't receive a lot of of our order. The portions were small and the food wasn't even good. I was even hung up on when I called to see what our options were substitutions for the pancakes they didn't have. Never again will I waste my time or money on this place.

Location downtown very little paid parking on the street, very warm and cozy place serving yourself at the kiosk amazingly fast from Kiosk to pickup at counter definitely will return and enjoy their hospitality and fine food it's so worth the trip enjoy everyone.

This rating is for the automated machine process and subsequent handling of it. The self serve is great, but don't put items in the omelet that weren't ordered and then argue with customer about it and state that you had to have specifically excluded it in the order process when the process specifically has you choose what you want on it. Thank you to the cook who agreed to change the order. Great location and has potential to be a good ordering process. Update the kiosk to show users what default items will be added despite what they choose. Food itself was ok. Hashbrowns were so greasy I couldn't eat them. I give 3 stars because the cook was pleasant and agreed to change the order after the first lady wanted to bicker. Also, the pancakes were delicious and the eggs were fine.

I won two free entrees for this place. It also was the 1st time i been there.This place is an upper scale waffle house, just with healthy options. There was a very short hispanic lady that went above and beyond helping my family and I. She walked us through the order process etc. she truly gave 110%. Noone else there was welcoming, or friendly.On my second day returning ( using my 2nd coupon) I accidentally ordered two hash browns instead of a hash and a side of pancakes. When i Asked where my pancakes were the lady said we ordered two hashbrowns, and printed out my receipts to prove it. I wasn’t argumentative at all or hostile in anyway actually, I was very patient and was trying to understand what happened. instead of offering great customer service that I would have at my workplace, by offering the client the pancake , that manager was NOT in the “customers are always right, and 100 % satisfaction “ mood. I had to pay for my pancakes. Great place for a business and looks awesome though . Would I recommend this place definitely not!!
City Egg is great and their food is always delicious! I work downtown and get my food delivered. This order was a portobello and spinach omelet and I added diced ham. Thank you staff!

I couldn’t try the food because they wouldn’t accept my phone tap, card tap, card swipe, or chip insert. A number of my friends had the same problem. I paid cash for subsequent coffee purchases because they were the only open option but they should seriously consider accepting ANY form of digital pay. Venmo. Cashapp. Zelle . . . The coffee was fairly good.

Great food, relatively easy way to self order. Caveat: some of the simplest options i.e. getting a water, was not on the automated menu. Interestingly enough, the automated menu was a much better experience that that I had with staff at Foccacia's Toledo earlier that day.
