Kanisha at the front desk was amazing!
We had a large group there for the week for work and they took such good care of us.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.

This Courtyard property matches what you would expect from the Marriott brand. Prime location just off the interstate with easy access to restaurants, shopping, fuel, etc. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. There are some slight detractors, such as the AC not allowing for continuous fan, the TV remote won’t power on/off the TV, etc.
Pros: Rooms were clean and up to date. Liked the Netflix option on the TV and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower.
Morning person who made breakfast was great!
Cons: pool was cold
A/C made noises and was told about it. No one fixed it
No maid service. Had to ask front desk for towels, coffee, garbage bags-when we got them the front desk said, “that was cold” referring to not tipping her?! Totally unacceptable.

The Courtyard by Marriott Toledo West offers a comfortable stay with clean, updated rooms and friendly, responsive staff. Guests appreciate the veranda and overall cleanliness, though some noted noise from dumpster pickups at 4am. While the staff was helpful, one guest was disappointed by being misinformed about transferring points to a free night certificate. Overall, it’s a pleasant hotel with good amenities, despite minor inconveniences.
