Great customer service, all of the employees were very friendly, patient, and personable. The wait time is always reasonable and the food is always delicious. My order has always been correct (keep it up!) I don’t know if it’s because I was in the passenger seat but it seemed like there were some technical difficulties with the drive thru, something that could be improved. I also think the patties could have been less flat, but overall still really good!!

I went to the drive through with my son and I ordered a fish sandwich, a burger for him and a large fries to share. The order-taker was very patient while we checked out the menu. It's not like a normal fast food drive-thru. You don't feel rushed. After you order, they have you pull forward and wait while they make your food, and then walk it out to you. You could say this isn't the place to go when you're in a big hurry. It's rather old-fashioned in that respect and I liked that. The fish sandwich was the best I've had in a long time. I ordered extra tartar sauce for dipping fries in. It came in a little plastic container just like the rest of the sauces. I've never seen this in a fast food restaurant. I appreciated that, being a lover of tartar sauce. The french fries were crinkle cut and cooked to perfection. My son said he loved his burger. All the workers were very friendly and nice. Highly recommend.

Very Disappointed We had to wait over 45 minutes just for two burgers, while other people who came after us got their food first. It was really frustrating, especially since no one updated us. We’ve always liked Culver’s, but this experience was really disappointing — the service needs serious improvement.

Culver's is a great choice if your over the typical fast food choices and want something that more like a fine In kinda food. I'd place Culver's up in my top 3 places for burgers with five guys right up there and surprisingly Arby's but Culver's as my number one . Everything's made in house and fresh staff and service was amazingly fast and efficient. Tho you will wait acoupke mins for your food yes but it's minimal at that id say 5 mins maybe.

Went in for a salad, was given something I did not order, called and talked to Grace..she was rude and dismissive. Don’t know if I’m going back to get my messed up order-wasted over $27!
I had never eaten food from Culver’s before. Got a coupon in the mail. Walked up to the counter and was greeted by Josephine. Josephine asked all the right questions, some were about details for my bogo double butter burger order. It was 5:30 on a busy Thursday night, and my order came out quick! Josephine happened to be the one to bring my bag out, and remembered me and treated me well. The food was hot and delicious. I will be back soon.
