The service was the worst we have ever had anywhere. The whole staff needs to be retrained. Perhaps a visit to chop house or one of the Mancy's locations to educate themselves how service works. I will admit the manager did make things right for us. But that did not erase the horrible experience from our memory. Worst date night ever. Can't enjoy food under such chaos. I hope for the sake of Toledo this is fixed.

We got the Butchers board for two dinner, the fillets were really chewy, underseasoned and tasted more like a pot roast than a steak, the guy assured us that they get the best cuts available from blue ribbon or something so maybe our pallet just isn't as refined as it should be.In my opinion, you'd get a better quality steak fillet at Carrabbas Italian grill or Black Rock for far cheaper. The staff was really nice and offered us a coupon if we wanted to come back. Unfortunately, my wife also had a bad bathroom experience there as well. The view of the water was nice and sitting outside with the live music was pretty relaxing.

If they can’t even fix one of the main issues plagued with this location, the bathrooms, I’m not sure I want to even give the food a try. I immediately checked and they are no better than when this was hamburger Mary’s. If you are charging the prices you are charging, the bathrooms need to not feel like the sewage plant. the grout needs to be replaced, the floor drains need to be cleaned out and whatever stench is in there needs to be addressed. Wholly disappointed that not more was done to address such a terrifying restroom experience. Be better!

If this is a locally owned place, I want to see it succeed. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the start to the end. The evening was to celebrate birthdays; we were a party of 4. In short, we had reservations but weren’t greeted by the hostess, instead it was a rude initial encounter. It’s a new place, so no problem it took a bit for the server to arrive to our table. We placed our drink order (we were declined for a very simple drink- aperol spritz) & waited almost an hour for the drinks to arrive. Two of the drink orders were incorrect, evidently a simple martini was a tall order. Our booth was close to the bar, so it was unpleasant to witness the bartender behave as though we were the issue. Behavior like this is very anti- “fine dining.” Granted, the bartender was obviously overwhelmed and likely newer to the role. It was uncomfortable to watch this struggle as the “manager” seemed to just be standing around aimlessly, not assisting any of his struggling staff. After waiting almost an hour for wrong drinks & an appetizer that never arrived, we asked to cancel our app order and for the check. The server was understanding & very kind. She went to speak with the manager, came back & told us the manager won’t charge us for two wrong drinks, a beer & a house cocktail (again, these took almost an hour to arrive). The manager did not come over to speak with us & even ignored us as we walked out of the restaurant. We are lucky that there are already very good steakhouse options nearby and we had an excellent evening elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice evening out, do not look here.

The was the Worst place I think I've been in Toledo especially for high-end dinning. There were fly's on the dirty windows, dirty wine glasses, food was not worth even a fraction of the money and restrooms not clean. Service was terrible outside of our waitress, she was good especially with what she was working with. Our food came out at all different times some came after others were done eating and it took over 25 minutes to even get a drink. The bartender looked like she was going to cry and eventually disappeared. The owner was not accommodating regarding our experience until the waitress spoke with him and then he discounted our bill. I would NOT recommend this restaurant at least until they get things in order.

Had the 16 oz ribeye that was absolutely incredible. The marrow compound was out of this world. It was truly melt in your mouth. I would visit this restaurant again in a heartbeat. Our waitress, Taylor did an amazing job. She deserves 5 stars just for customer service. Beautiful scenery and humble atmosphere. Thank you for making my fiancé’s birthday memorable.

My mother and I had a very nice meal. The steak and red snapper were both very well prepared. The head chef came out to chat and ask about our meal. Owen our server was very pleasant a bit young ( had to have the bar tender pour our drinks) but over all very attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Overall a very enjoyable meal with an amazing view.

Great time with a pleasant wait staff. Outstanding food with drinks to match. The view was spectacular!! The dessert was also delicious!! I don't think I have anything negative to say. For being a new place my experience was superb and I plan on going again in the near future.

The bread was amazing…. Between the table 3 lobster tails were ordered. All had to be sent back due to being cold and not cooked thoroughly. Steaks were mid. Waitress was good, drinks were ok. I definitely won’t be going back.

Absolutely amazing!! For being a new restaurant, its beyond worth the money!! The staff is attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to assure the dining experience is all it can be and then some. The food..... Dont get me started on the food. When you start to salivate before it reaches your mouth, that alone speaks loud volumes!! The freshness of, the seasoning of, and love that this food is prepared with truly shows. The chefs out do themselves and leave you craving for more. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Adds so much to the all around experience of a already pefect meal. Id highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ITS A MUST TO TRY AND I PROMISE YOU WILL WANT TO COME BACK!!

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but keep in mind it is a fine dining restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly all around.
