Had the Chicken Philly. Added lettuce and tomatoes. Only draw back was THEY HEATED THE LETTUCE AND TOMATOES? With that I have to say sandwich was decent, nothing spectacular and the fries were ok.
Very good food, can't go wrong...breakfast, brunch or lunch ? it's all good. Very good service, feels like home. Owners are very nice & engages with guests they make sure you're satisfied.
We were visiting Toledo for few hours and wanted to eat at a Black-owned restaurant. After a brief Google search, The Hot Box Bistro looked appealing so we decided to go there.Upon entering, the atmosphere was not what we anticipated.
