All I wanted was a sub I was craving all day, instead I got terrible service by the employees. Her name was Caitlyn, and she was obviously crying before serving me. Ruined my whole day, felt unsanitary having tears go into my food. Didn’t even eat the sub.

Horrible bread hard as hell for it to be a cheese steak barley any cheese either someone is new or they don't know what they are doing because this they can keep. Now I have to bring the sandwich back in order to get a refund which is 30 mins drive Never again

I understand it’s Halloween and they font want to be inundated with orders so they disable online ordering BUT the points system was out too with no offer of receipt when I asked how I was to get my points. Blank stare. Not helpful. The manager should’ve informed them of what to say. So I’m out points that I use!! I love the good but come on store and district managers! Step up.
