Purchased two subs tonight and the bread could be used as a club. Horrible quality! You don't recognize when bread is stale and overbaked?
Sat in the drive-thru for 18 minutes today with 2 cars in front of me and got someone else’s order. Called to complain and they offered me a discount on my next order. Really?!?!? What happened to “Freaky Fast”. Not even an apology for the wait.

December 17th I ordered two sandwiches as I typically do. I ate one that day and took the other into work the next day. I work two jobs and often dont have alot of spare time for food prep for lunches. There was a very long dark hair that was hanging out one end of the sandwich. It wrapped thru the sandwich under and over the pickles. It seemed quite intentional. I had never seen a hair that long, that obvious, throughout my food.
