We happened upon Leroy & Margaret's on our way home from our road trip last year and decided to go again this year. Needless to say, it has officially become part of the yearly tradition. There always seem to be lots of regulars there, but they are so welcoming and kind so you don't feel like you're intruding at all, the opposite in fact. The food is amazing and there are some choices you wouldn't expect to find on a menu in a bar, like the beautiful hummus...
You can't really tell from the outside but there's some really good food inside. Bahamas and vegetables was really good but you definitely need some more hummus to go with all those vegetables. Also the paper plate thing kind of threw me off. The bologna Sanders with a fried egg on top was really good. The chicken sandwich was also really tasty fresh and as you would expect. Love this bar. Traveling construction worker from Cleveland. Fair prices, great bartenders, but what makes it the best is the clientele. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family.
