Indoors closed on a 91 degree day, out of all ice cream except strawberry, $1 service charge for using a credit card, weâve been waiting 10 min and still donât have the ice cream (only one other family here), and when we knocked on the window the people standing right there ignored us. We wonât be back!

Ice cream was not very tasty at all. Place is in complete disorder inside. Not impressed at all.
My ice cream was wonderful and the service was very fast and friendly. Will definitely be going back soon. Also just a side note, they will be open all year round so I can get my ice cream fix anytime of year đ

I donât even know where to begin but I went to Lickity today just to get some ice cream for me and my family. ⌠My husband ordered ,the first problem was the lady was not paying any attention at all to our order, and paused just to ask him if we were dating when he said no weâre married she shot a dirty look and goes âand sheâs pregnant oh my god .â(in a snarky tone) , When I said thank you she closed the window, that didnât bother me. What really upset me was the person who handed me our order. He set the pup cups down nicely thatâs all fine and good BUT when our ice cream came out dude practically threw it at me. I didnât say anything about it , my second one came out and it was already melted all over the place, me being the person I am still did not say anything about it. The orders were correct but the customer service we got and attitudes that came along was unacceptable. I go here regularly during summer when they are open as I live in the neighborhood . There was even an instance where they were rude to the couple behind us and their dog. Iâve never personally had an issue with them until today .

I really loved this place and visit often because it is in the neighborhood and we want to support local, despite the price.
But today changed everything. They got one of the ice creams wrong, and when we told the young lady what we ordered, they said it costed more and that they couldnât change it. How upsetting to hear tight after the lady right before us said her order was wrong and they offered to fix it for her ??ââď¸ I told her that it wasnât what we ordered and she proceeded to tell me that they canât change it because it costs more. I told her that I left a nice tip because I expected my order to be correct and she said fine, give me that ice cream back. She fixed it, and when my food came out (15minutes later), the fries were so salty, I couldnât even eat it. What a horrible experience. I donât think I would have been so upset, but after hearing how they would fix the other customers order, and not mine is disheartening.

I used to live around the corner when I was about 10 years old. My buddies and I used to take our allowance money and share a large fry. This Time I grabbed a burger and fries. Still got the best fries LOL.
