My ice cream was wonderful and the service was very fast and friendly. Will definitely be going back soon. Also just a side note, they will be open all year round so I can get my ice cream fix anytime of year š

I donāt even know where to begin but I went to Lickity today just to get some ice cream for me and my family. ā¦ My husband ordered ,the first problem was the lady was not paying any attention at all to our order, and paused just to ask him if we were dating when he said no weāre married she shot a dirty look and goes āand sheās pregnant oh my god .ā(in a snarky tone) , When I said thank you she closed the window, that didnāt bother me. What really upset me was the person who handed me our order. He set the pup cups down nicely thatās all fine and good BUT when our ice cream came out dude practically threw it at me. I didnāt say anything about it , my second one came out and it was already melted all over the place, me being the person I am still did not say anything about it. The orders were correct but the customer service we got and attitudes that came along was unacceptable. I go here regularly during summer when they are open as I live in the neighborhood . There was even an instance where they were rude to the couple behind us and their dog. Iāve never personally had an issue with them until today .

I really loved this place and visit often because it is in the neighborhood and we want to support local, despite the price.
But today changed everything. They got one of the ice creams wrong, and when we told the young lady what we ordered, they said it costed more and that they couldnāt change it. How upsetting to hear tight after the lady right before us said her order was wrong and they offered to fix it for her ??āāļø I told her that it wasnāt what we ordered and she proceeded to tell me that they canāt change it because it costs more. I told her that I left a nice tip because I expected my order to be correct and she said fine, give me that ice cream back. She fixed it, and when my food came out (15minutes later), the fries were so salty, I couldnāt even eat it. What a horrible experience. I donāt think I would have been so upset, but after hearing how they would fix the other customers order, and not mine is disheartening.

I used to live around the corner when I was about 10 years old. My buddies and I used to take our allowance money and share a large fry. This Time I grabbed a burger and fries. Still got the best fries LOL.

Lovely neighborhood ice cream stop. The service was excellent, the food very good and the prices were fair. We are not a big ice cream family but when we do want ice cream this is out spot. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again through out the summer.
Vegetarian options: They had a black bean burger then depending on type of diet they had other side options like onion rings and fries.
We ordered and paid for 2 medium chocolate and vanilla twits and were given 2 small cones. The lines were long so we didn't want to walk back up and wait even longer
I regret moving so close to this ice cream shop! It's SO GOOD! All of the employees are great and work very hard. Today I was helped by an employee who appeared to be alone handling the ice cream. Things ran so smoothly with him behind the counter! And it was busy.
Please tip them well, they deserve it!

Racist establishment. Me and my son arrive, weāre met with nasty stares. Hispanic man looking at us very angrily, he began speaking loudly in Spanish. I ignored him and place my order..cashier says itās $10 I added a $2 tip. Cashier comes back and says card declined. Other customers began laughing and staring. I go to the side and call credit card and I had way more than enough available credit. I reorder exact same order this time itās $10.75. Ice cream was not what I order, and when I check card statement they charged my card multiple times.
