“I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The Store Manager, Ashley, consistently displays kindness, patience, professionalism, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. I’m guessing that, for those who had a negative experience, it must have happened during the tiny window that Ashley was not working. Even the delivery drivers have been super professional and have a positive attitude. Thank you for being so awesome and maintaining a high standard of exceptional customer service.“

Marco's pizza, the Monroe Street location in particular, for me has been a place I have both dragged my feet dreading to go in as well as felt the palpable excitement that a child feels the eve before Christmas (in anticipation of what the next day of work will entail).
If by now it isn't clear, I work for Marco's and have for many years now. Not quite as many years as Marco's proper has been a thing. 1978 is a long time. . .
Anyhow, this review will not touch on the food or Marco's. If you don't know by now I don't think I can help you. It will however admonish the people in the inside, on the other side of the counter.
Some of the silliest years of my life were spent there, alongside some silli-er still.
P.S. I'll touch on the food a little.

“its take out, so atmosphere is fine. service is good, always greeted. had great experiences with these folks over the past few years. got a sub recently and was impressed too.
Wheelchair accessibility: not really accessible for wheelchairs but i'm sure they would accomodate by coming outside the doorway pickup area“
“I placed a carry out order on 11/19, I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, (NO PROBLEM). Kristen was working by herself and was very busy. She made the pizza but forgot to put it in the oven. Lol. I honestly did not mind, I totally understand being busy and working alone. She actually "hooked me up" for her mistake. I told her she definitely didn't need to do that, but she did. I really appreciated what she did. She is sooo nice and from what I could tell a valuable employee. Im just sorry it took me so long to do a review about Kristen. (I hope I got her name right). I actually love all the employees at the Point Place store. They all treat me nice and actually remember my name. I say that because they say "hi Jackie" when I walk in. Marcos is THE BEST!!!“
“This place is a bit on the pricier side but the pizza was good, just small for the price. You can order online and pick up in store. The Hawaiian chicken pizza and cheese bread are good. Staff always seems to be working hard, and my order has been right both times I’ve eaten here.“
“I can't speak highly enough of this Marco's. I've been here about a dozen times now and everyone is always super nice, the food is incredible and my orders are almost always ready 5-10 mins ahead of the estimate -- which is crazy impressive considering they seem to stay pretty busy. Marco's as a chain is also very fair with their pricing and generous with their coupons imo! ive never felt overcharged or underwhelmed.

“We like this pizza because it's very consistent and the prices are reasonable, coupon events are always going. The thin crust is the bomb! Sauce is tangy and plenty of flavor. Topping amounts are a little moderate but not skimpy. They cut it into squares which gives nice smaller size pieces. A large Thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni( $10.95) picked up!“
“Delicious pizza & subs, respectable male manager.I am frequent customer sometimes at work or home.My job isn't the best gas station in Toledo.Marcos went over and beyond when I had to warn driver it wasn't safe to deliver my order .Male manager was kind enough to let me have my order the next day ,and deliver it to my home.Highly recommend the Chicken Club sub,ask them to add ranch instead of mayo.Sub is then Chicken bacon ranch with crispy bacon, delicious.“

“Nearly two weeks ago, the General Manager at the Sylvania location on Monroe St refused to give me my discounts for my order. I wrote a review for that location about him personally. I never heard from him, the owner, or the corporate office after I left a message at the Toledo headquarters.
My experience at the South Ave location was very different. In spite of the staff having a long day, working double shifts, and feeling tired, they STILL took the time to figure out the discount problem that the Sylvania manager was too incompetent to do. The staff on South Ave was courteous, patient, and asked no questions about anything after I explained the issue. THIS location will get my patronage. Everything was perfect, especially the staff.
By all means, if you want the full story, look at my review for the Sylvania store. (Certainly there's no one in the company willing to address any problems.) He is a miserable excuse for a manager.
But again, hats off to South Avenue.?“
“I usually order Hungry Howie’s but they don’t deliver to my address so I pick up my pizza. Tonight I didn’t feel like going out in the cold so I decided to order from Marcos for the first time… Our pizza was awesome!! We’ll be ordering again!!“
