On a Monday morning, pushing noon, I tried calling twice to place an order only to have the phone left on the counter on the second call for me to listen to the music of the kitchen ultimately until I chose to hang up from just being left on hold for 5+ minutes. The first call, they lifted the phone off the hook and immediately hung it up without any answer at all. When I tried calling back 15min later to speak with a manager about the poor conduct of their staff in their willingness to take a to-go order, the line was still busy from the phone being left laying on the counter.
While I will attest, their food is good, which is the whole reason I tried placing an order in the first place. I'm sorely disappointed that I'm still upset by their poor conduct enough to be leaving this review.

We went as a big group for Breakfast. They accommodated us ( it seemed effortless) the guy who waited on us. Got everyone's order, everything was correct...served hot...never a empty cup or glass. The Breakfast burrito was the best I have ever had. So huge had to take half of it home. The Calphalon retired employees all appreciated the good food and great service.

We stopped in here after along day working out of town. This was the first time I have seen a Mexican hot dog on the menu and I had to have it! It was everything I hoped for! They also had some live music going on and she said it was in the third Friday of the month! It was a great time! I will absolutely go back if im in the area! Thanks again for the delicious meal!!
