Some days they're on point. Other days they're just complete s*** constant yelling in the kitchen. I waited 23 minutes today for my meal. 15 to minutes to pay cuz I placed my order at the kiosk and wanted to pay with cash. Ridiculous service. Mcdonald's makes it an inconvenience to carry cash

This is definitely one of the better mcdonalds in the area, maybe the best one in toledo. The service here is usually fast, maybe 5 minutes in the drive through compared to 15+ minutes at any other mcdonalds in toledo. Never got a wrong order from this one yet, so accuracy is pretty on point as well. Facility is in good condition and clean, the parking lot is the same.

This location messes up a lot. When they do, not only does no one pick up the phone- if you do not have the original item that was incorrect, they will not fix it for you. It doesn't matter if you have pictures or not. When reaching out to support via Email for mobile order issues, they simply ask for proof, apologize and refer you back to the store. Mcdonald's is not cheap & I'm bothered by how they "fix" their issues.
