I told them three times I didn't want cheese due to an allergy. The receipt says NO Amrcn cheese. It had cheese. No response to my complaint. They couldn't care less. By the looks of all of the reviews it's amazing this place is still open!

I don’t understand how this McDonald’s hires people and doesn’t train them in the slightest. I get it’s not their fault but it’s SO frustrating. Every time I go to this location I never had a good experience. The wait is obnoxious regardless how many cars in in the drive thru and you go inside and just see the workers talking. Dont waste your time and drive 7 minutes up the road to Maumee to save yourself pointless aggravation.

This place has gone downhill badly. The drive through times are a joke. 5 cars ahead of me and it takes 20 minutes to get a egg mcmuffin and hash browns. The employees are all rude.I drive out of my way to avoid going here before work. The one on Central and Holland-Sylvania is majorly better and worth the extra driving.

Let me tell you a story. I usually get up at 4am for work and today was no exception. It was about 3pm today that I started feeling sluggish. I also had a rough day in general and wanted a lil pick me up. "I know," I thought "I'll treat myself to a mocha frappe and maybe an apple pie at the McDonald's down the street!" Hopeful, I made my way into the parking lot. The 1st lane drive thru had 2 cars already there so I drove up to the 2nd lane drive thru. The employee on the speaker finished the 2nd car in the 1st lane's order and then pops through my speaker in the 2nd lane. "Hello, someone will be right with you!"I cheerfully responded with an "okay, thank you" and began my wait. I'm a patient person. I sat there, just looking over the menu and deciding if I really wanted that pie or not. I had enough time to come to a decision. That was a comfortable amount of time. I then looked over at my passenger seat and took notice of my backpack, remembering I hadn't put my credit card back in my wallet from an earlier errand. My eyesight wandered from my backpack to the dead shrubs lining the parking lot and the masses of debris taking cover underneath them. "Ew. That looks like it's been accumulating a while now... I'm surprised they don't have someone clean that up..." I scanned the whole line of debris and shrubs taking in the gross chaos and feeling somewhat disgusted. I looked back at the menu. "It's been a while now since someone has said anything. How long? 2, 3, 5 minutes?" I started rubbing my weary eyes. Did they forget about me...? Another 2 or 3 minutes pass and 2 cars roll up to the 1st drive thru lane. A voice comes booming out of their speaker. I freeze. No way... they aren't about to- "vvYOU SAID vONE HAPPYv MEAL?"A wave of anger hit me as I realized they had begun taking the order of that new visitor rather than, me, who had been waiting for them for ... how long by then!? How long had I waited patiently for someone to help me get closer to the delicious mocha frappe only to be forgotten and abandoned in the 2nd drive thru line alone with no one but the litter in the shrubs next to me!? No longer. I left. Anger and sadness gnawing at me. Emptiness where my frappe should have been. "I will give them 1 star on Google and complain."

My very last trip here. My order has never been right! I’ve paid for so many items I don’t receive . Just this time two fish extra sauce? Barely any sauce and I had to wait 8 minutes.. two side of tarter I paid for.. nope not in bag.. this store is just awful.. good luck ever getting a shake lol!!!
