Once again, my order was made wrong at this location. If I ask for extra cold foam on my drink and then get charged for extra cold foam on my drink. I expect to get extra cold foam on my drink. And when I call to express my frustration with constantly ordering things and having the order made wrong at this location. I expect the staff to make it right. Stopped here to grab something to eat between puppy school and going to work. Got stuck in the drive-through for 17 minutes because nobody was taking anybody’s orders. When it was finally my turn and I no longer had time to wait I had to drive away where there was nobody even in line waiting for food ahead of me. This is the second time this has happened.

Update 7/25/2026: Went to McDonalds on Saturday, 4:30pm. The dining area was locked and no hours posted on the door. I knocked hard on the door to get someone's attention and a staff member walked by completely ignoring me.
