I've been to every McDonald's in the Toledo metro and this is by far the worst example of McDonald's. The fries are always cold. Even their nuggets are cold. I'm shocked when the person working there says have a nice day/night or any other type of professionalalism. At the second window they just hand you your food and slam the window door shut as you say thanks. Just save your money and go to a different location if McDonald's is what you're craving

It took at least 30 minutes to get my order and it was mostly wrong. There were several other customers complaining. The place seemed somewhat filthy as well.

This is the Big Mac I got. Literally the whole container was filled with lettuce and they just slopped everything on the lower bun and just straight ignored the top like I wouldn’t notice. Do better. It’s not that hard to make it the correct way especially since I paid 13 dollars for my meal and ended up with this burger and the wrong drink. So Disappointing

Ordered a simple breakfast meal with a zero sugar iced coffee. They somehow managaed to forget the egg in a breakfast sandwich and made an iced coffee not just with sugar-containing creamer (the chemically taste of sugar free is easy to tell), but so much of it that it was downright undrinkable. Messed up 2/3 of my total order.
Should’ve known this would’ve been a trashy place when the person taking orders is unfriendly. Greeted with “mobile app” not phrased as a question or prefaced by a hello.

I'd give zero stars, if possible. ALWAYS terrible service, and displays of complete incompetence along with zero time to be bothered with for questions or assistance. They do not care if they lose out on your money, and make consistent mistakes with every order. I will NEVER try visiting this restaurant again, as the current staff are nowhere near as capable as they were during the 1990s. The worst part: they NEVER answer their phone, so you aren't able to complain, unless you take extra time to drive back and wait to speak to someone in person. You'll most likely be there at the same time as others in which are experiencing the SAME exact issues.....

This McDonald's is the worst. Just consistently bad, the food is crap and I'm always missing an item. Even when they're not busy! What really puts me off is how RUDE the workers are! Not even an acknowledgment when they give me my food and I try to be nice and say hello and Thank-you. I will be going out of my way next time I want McDonald's to not go to this one. Edit, Against my better judgment I decided to run through drive-thru and get some nuggets and a coke. The nuggets are usually fresh especially during lunch rush. What could go wrong right? Well they had no pop AT ALL! No explanation, no apology just no soda at all. I just drove off lol.

Attitude from black manager. No coffee, no pop, would not give me (flat out refused) a wiping cloth to clean up syrup on register counter. Melissa, another mess you are NOT managing. If you don't offend customers at one location, you mal-train employees to have attitude issues at another. I am personally sick of these bad Toledo McDonald's that are not friendly to regulars or customers. Order 210 at 747 am on June 19, 2025. You are forcing me to spend less, which is not good because of MCD stock going down. WAY TO GO! You need to be fired.

I went to McDonald’s to get a smoothie Saturday 6/14 at 3:15 pm. I noticed along line at the drive thru. I went inside to place my order. As soon as I walked in there was a customer at the counter that stated “ these people can’t get anything right”. The employees were openly swearing at each other. The customer was swearing as well to herself. No one came out to take my order. The place was in total chaos.
I wonder if there was a manager on duty. No wonder the drive thru line was not moving. I have never witnessed employees behave in that manner. Terrible customer service

I order large coffee in drive thru. I see that the clerk did cream and sugar . I say no sugar please. Pull forward she opens the window says something that I cannot hear as I am hearing impaired. She closed the window the car in front of me is not pulling forward I give my horn a toot.. the clerk opens the window and kicks me out the drive thru steaming at the top of her lungs.. I have never been yelled at like that. The woman working the drive thru should be grill work only this happens 2/28 @8:15
