I order large coffee in drive thru. I see that the clerk did cream and sugar . I say no sugar please. Pull forward she opens the window says something that I cannot hear as I am hearing impaired. She closed the window the car in front of me is not pulling forward I give my horn a toot.. the clerk opens the window and kicks me out the drive thru steaming at the top of her lungs.. I have never been yelled at like that. The woman working the drive thru should be grill work only this happens 2/28 @8:15

First use the restroom toilet paper all over the bathroom trash is overflowing there’s three employees thank you they’re not their sink was broke so they don’t do your job at McDonald’s in addition to that you could see that I was waiting at the kiosk and having trouble now and none of the people that were standing around in the back, we’re helping anybody And they wouldn’t have come to the counter and then when you go through the drive-through, they rush you after you tell them that you tried to use your code and you were just inside, but it didn’t work and then again keep asking for the code to the point of frustration that we had to pull away so I would definitely avoid this McDonald’s since they can’t do the bare minimum to keep it even halfway decent in the inside and then not to mention the laziness of the employees listen just because there’s a kiosk does it mean you don’t do your job?

Got mobile order. Husbands 3 PLAIN double cheese burgers had onions on them. Looks like sloppy making. Went back to correct it and got his new 3. 1 out of 3 was drowned in ketchup...I don't know if the marker knows what PLAIN double cheese burgers is. Also one of my double hamburgers had a patty missing..

This store smells like sewer in there. I got an instant headache from the smell and got sick later that night. I wouldnt buy food from there at all. That cam not be good. Everything smells like a dump

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonalds, competing to be the worst customer service I've experienced of any kind.
I ordered 4 meals for my family and one McFlurry. I was immediately made to wait at the end of the sidewalk for my food. After several minutes a male employee brought out my fries and began to walk away. I had to remind him about the rest of the food, which he lazily said he'd bring.
He then brought my drinks and nothing else. I had to ask for the McChicken, McFlurry, nuggets, and filet of fish. He brought back only the fish. So I again had to ask for the remainder of my order.
In an unbelievable display of incompetence and apathy, and on the FOURTH visit to my car, now with my fries lukewarm in the 15 degree walk from the building and from waiting over 15 minutes, he brought my nuggets and still no McChicken!!!!
He left too soon for me to catch him so I had to now go inside. I asked for the McChickens, I ordered 2 he gave me a bag and by God's grace, before I reached the door I noticed he'd only given me one…...... I got my 2nd and final sandwich and left.
Stressed and barely able to maintain respectful communication, which I prioritize regardless of circumstances, I didn't notice the missing McFlurry until I was almost home. I dropped the, now cold, food off to my family before going back to get the McFlurry.
The same employee was at the counter when I returned and now couldn't hold back my anger about my frustration with the cold food and the amount of times I've had to correct the order or remind him of the food I'd ordered. He meandered to make the Flurry and simply said it's not his fault because he didn't take the order.
Thank God I was speechless and left!!
I literally couldn't have written this story in a Dumb and Dumber bloopers reel. 😤😤😤😤 Not only did this employee put ZERO effort into giving me the correct order, it's clear he never does. He had no remorse, or even fake apology. I have no doubt that any correct order that he's been involved in has been by mere mistake.
This employee destroys the customer service but also had no consideration for the business or profit of McDonalds or it's franchise owner. If I could think of anything positive about this employee it is that he blindly trusted me at every additional insistence to correct my order by giving me more food. There's no doubt that I could have gone back to him 10+ more times and asked for anything and he'd just casually get it and bring it to me without checking that I'd paid for it either.
I've never seen an employee with such disregard for ANY sense of accuracy, efficiency, responsibility, or customer service. He is a harm to everyone involved. Ruining customer meals, creating more work for coworkers, slowing down productivity for managers, and flushing labor cost and food costs down the toilet for owners.

It's 11:30 and all I wanted was dinner and I got unsalted fries an over salted double cheeseburger and a six-piece chicken nugget that tastes like it's been sitting in the box for 2 hours or more I will never go back to that McDonald's again 👎🏻👎🏻🤢🤮

I just left the McDonalds at 3005 N Holland Sylvania Rd Toledo. In the drive thru I ordered a milk and a coffee. It took 35 min to get my order!!!!!!!!!!!!
The quality of McDonald's food has gone down severely in the recent past. I will have to be very hungry to stop there in the future

I just found something solid and slippery in my orange juice, not sure what it is but I was drinking that when it clogged my straw 🤢 I have a picture but for some reason it won't let me post it here

Saw the drive thru was filling up quick so I decided to go in and order. Put in an order for 2 mcdoubles and a 10 piece nugget at 3:41. I received a mcdouble, a mcdouble they forgot the cheese on and nuggets that clearly were in the bag for a while.....at 4:14! That's right....33 minutes to receive an incorrect order. It's obvious why the nuggets were stale since they were probably in the bag for a half hour before it was even given to me. I only gave 3 stars because the actual employees were still cordial and professional. There was definitely some confusion that was going on in there and it was obvious to the customers waiting in the dining room. May need some type of system implemented that keeps things more organized.
