This must be one of the filthiest McDonald's in the world. Everything there embodies the definition of "filth": the employees, the food, the atmosphere, the kitchen, and the customer service. I am astonished that this establishment is permitted to operate in this manner by both McDonald's and the Toledo Food and Safety Department.The other day they managed to put hair in my mocha. Pathetic and sick.

What a piss poor excuse for a McDonald's. If you can even get anyone to acknowledge the fact that your there they are rude and nasty to you like you disrupted there day. They have no knowledge of how to work the register for a refund then say i dont know what to tell you. I recommend going a few minutes down the road to a different location. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. ITS TRASH AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE ALSO TRASH.

It's McDonald's so I thought quick and cheap. Well it's not cheap anymore:( Sadly, I will not be visiting any time soon. I was charged 27.00 for 6 sausage and egg McMuffins. Just crazy.

Never can get an ice cap at one on Sylvania smh and at first it was like our machine is down the it was never fixed and just removed smh like McDonald's come on y'all one of the richest franchise

Not to bad of a wait for drive through.. drive up window lady was very polite.. there was a mistake with my order as I had asked for no tomatoes or lettuce or mayo and the tag indicated there were none on my sandwich but all three items were on it .also I did not get the sauce I had to pay for.. by the time I made it out of drive through line, the line had gotten a lot more traffic so I did not bother to go back through the line to have it corrected...
