Not so hot - as we stopped in to get some fries and chicken nuggets and asked for the restroom key AS IT IS A LOCKED SERVICE and the nasty female manager actually told me first - IT'S ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS....LIKE WE WERE NOT....WOW....AWFUL EXPERIENCE AS EVERYONE JUST LOOKED AT US....NOT A GREAT FIRST LOOK!!!!

Just looking for a good Diet Coke! I stopped here after the McDonald’s in Alum Creek 90 minutes earlier gave me pretty much just ice in my drink. Unfortunately, this Diet Coke was way too heavy on the syrup. What does it take to get a good Diet Coke at an Ohio McDonald’s?!? I guess I’ll just keep heading north and hope that the Michigan McDonalds can salvage their reputation for good soda. The 3 stars are for the decent, if slightly salty, fries.

McDonald's offers quick service, but at a higher price point than expected. While the drive-through wait is manageable, mistakes with orders can occur, such as incorrect toppings and missing sauces. Despite issues with rude workers and order accuracy, the food is considered good. Improvement is needed in staff attitude and attention to detail to ensure a better customer experience.
