Started off rocky. But it ended good enough. The Gentleman that reprepared my loaded fries. Was the only one in there besides the young lady that wore the reindeer headband with any personality at all. Thank You For The Loaded Fries?
I ordered a diablo chicken sandwich and it was just the piece of chicken with a piece of cheese and some jalapenos. no sauce, lettuce or anything else..completely disappointed especially when you pay alot of money for a meal and you dont get it. cant call and talk to the manager because it rings once and they hang up.

Every time I come here I end up spending at least 15-17 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my food. Generally ordering is quick, but if there is anyone in front of me there is a long wait to get your food. I usually take half my lunch just waiting in line to get it. Last time there was only 2 people in front of me. The staff is generally very friendly but they need to be more organized and ready for service when they open.
