Great food, lobster bisque and salads shine. I've only done drive thru pick up, which is easy after ordering online. Friendly folks at pick up, but remember that you cannot add to your order from the pick up line.

Me and my girlfriend have been getting Piada for a long time, but this time it was extremely different. It was on 11/8 at 5:15pm. 2 Caesar Piadas. The wrap was old, the chicken was dry, and the lettuce was old/sitting around. It was the clear representation of someone who doesn't care and is not serving fresh food. It was so bad we had to get Balance on the way home.

Honestly, the food is amazing and is the main reason I keep coming back. However, the customer service could really use some improvement. The front staff often come across as rude or uninterested, and there’s rarely a greeting when you walk in. It’s disappointing because the team in the back seems great, but the ones at the counter — who customers interact with most — really affect the overall experience. Unfortunately we came last night though and had someone super rude up front. And the food was good until I almost ate a whole chicken bone.

I walked in here after the Wingstop next door refused to take an order for me and told me I could only place orders online.
This place was neat! I told the woman behind the counter I had never been in before and she explained what the restaurant was all about, and did so very excitedly!
I walked out with food within 3 minutes of walking and, and really enjoyed it. I’ll be back!
