Usually, my go to, but recently they keep getting things wrong. Last pizza before this time was wrong as well. Very hot or miss, usually they are spot on. Order missing items, wrong toppings, order pan pizzas get hand tossed and can't ever reach the store to talk to anyone. Sat on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Not going to order from this location for the time being...

Terrible customer service. I called to place an order and was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for 9 minutes. I hung up and called back. I only wanted a personal pan pizza. I was told 25 min. I am working and wouldn't be able to wait that long after waiting almost 10 min to place the order so I had to cancel. I was promptly hung up on.

Normally Pizza Hut is a go to for me. Rarely do I have a problem with it and the food is always good. This time I ordered my pizza a little before 6:30 and was patiently waiting for it to show up. After almost an hour and a half of waiting I called and was told that my food left 20 minutes ago and it was on the way. When I got my food both pizzas, breadsticks, and wings were cold. I ate the wings but couldn’t stomach eating more of the cold pizza that took way too long to get here. For 27.00 and the wait it was an utter disappointment.

Normally I don’t have any problems with Pizza Hut, but our order wasn’t right this time. The issue is, when you call to get it corrected, you get sent to their headquarters. It would be nice to be able to actually get in contact with the local shop rather than get transferred within the same unit 3 different times with a bunch of heavily accented individuals that done understand what you’re asking for. So if the local store would like to contact me, that’d be great 😡

I've ordered for delivery from here about 5 or 6 times over the last few months and it is SO hit or miss. One time it will be perfect and the next TERRIBLE. forgotten items, EXTREMELY doughy crust or breadsticks. Will have a couple bad times then try one last time and everything will be perfect, so you assume things are getting better and then the next time you order TERRIBLE AGAIN. And that's ignoring the times they give you the wrong order...also, PLEASE STOP using doordash for delivery 🤦🏻♀️ I think we're done with Pizza Hut for now.
