This is what showed up to my door! That's just the beginning. It was ice cold! The doordash driver placed the pizza on my cement porch. I opened up the door and then he picked it up and handed it to me. Really??? Oh I'm just getting started! I then reach out to their "chat service" 😂 The guy "John Paul" (I know his name because I screen recorded our conversation) to where he just kept repeating questions to me over and over that I had already answered several times. I ultimately ended up ending the chat because he refused to move past the questionnaire portion. I then place several calls to the location to where I ordered it. Why several? Because I sat on hold for over 5 minutes each time waiting for someone. I finally get somebody to answer my phone call and as soon as I told him that I was calling about an order that was delivered he placed me on hold IMMEDIATELY and never came back! No more but if you think this is just going to vanish magically Pizza Hut you are so sadly mistaken! You don't know me...

The place was dirty, none of the tables were cleaned, never replaced none of the pizza on the bar, every single pizza had mushroom on them,besides the 4 slices of pepperoni that was a half of a mushroom pizza. there was other people just sitting there waiting for them to bring more pizza out but they wouldn't change em out because obviously no one liked mushroom! so they wouldn't replace them with pizzas people would eat !!! My husband and i were lucky enough to have 2 pieces of pizza each and 2 pieces of bread sticks and a pop and ended up paying $28 !!! Mind you the 2 pieces of pizza didnt even equal 1 slice of normal size thin pizza.Had to leave there and go get food at an actual restaurant! They only had one tiny bar that holds like 5 pizzas, 1 little thing of pasta, and a little thing of bread sticks. They need to take the banner down advertising the buffet cause it's so disappointing!

I stopped in for lunch to try the pizza buffet. I would not recommend it. The server never came back to refill my drink. There were tables that didn't get bused the whole time that I was there. I stayed about a half hour, and I tried a couple of the pizzas on the buffet. The pizza selection was terrible, and the toppings on the pizza was non existent. Most of the pizzas on the buffet were old, and the staff was very good at keeping up with new pizzas on the buffet for customers. I finally got tired of waiting for something edible to come out, so i paid mt tab and left. I don't recommend the lunch buffet at this location.

Would give 0 if I could , management is very rude & disrespectful. I still had to pay for the cheese bread :)

I've tried to place an order on the app and it kept declining. It charged my card 3 times for it but still shows the food in the cart. I've tried to call the store and keep getting the customer call center. I've asked them to transfer me to the store and I'm always transferred back to the call center because no one will answer the phones. Both my husband and I called 5 different times and we still can't talk to anyone from the store! So we decided to just pay with cash. The order went through, and was supposed to be delivered an hour ago and guess what? I cant reach anyone at the store! This is ridiculous!
