Blank Slate Frozen Yogurt & Bubble Tea

i’m not the type to leave bad reviews & don’t get me wrong i still LOVE this place.. but ever since the rebranding i feel the quality hasn’t been the same. everytime i get a milk tea it taste like milk & water, even when i get a flavored one. i used to love the milk tea but i think ill stick to the fruit teas because the milk teas suck now.

I love this place! The guy helping us today gave us a fantastic recommendation due to them being out of strawberry milk tea. He said dragonfruit would be a good option and it was!! Now we have a new favorite drink :). I do, however, miss when they had a lot more ice cream topping options.

Drove 50 minutes for my first time getting boba and id say it was absolutely worth it! Ive never seen such a wonderfully put together place. The staff is so nice, the place is so cozy. Everything is so perfect!!

Great frozen yogurt and bubble tea! We’ve been there at least 9-10 times since they opened aha we’ve never had less than excellent service by the owners or their staff. Toppings bar has quite a selection of fresh fruit, candy, boba, etc. they’ve even got a coloring station for kids, board games to play if you wish and a few video games. The bathroom and lobby has always been clean and well organized. Our favorite treat at least once or twice a month.

I ordered some to go drinks when they were running a sale. I thought both bubble teas were really good and they weren't stingy on the amount of boba.

The selection of fresh fruit was limited to only strawberries. Super disappointing. I'll stick with Koala Berry ?
Edit: more fresh fruits. Pineapple, mango, banana, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries. Mochis. Better toppings like marshmallow and cookie butter. Maybe google different toping options? I hope to see some improvements.

It wasnt good. Got the original milk tea with tapioca. There was no flavor to the drink. It was very warm with about 3 ice cubes in it and it was melting the tapioca. I took a out 3 drinks and threw it away.

Gelatin gummies are delicious and the staff are respectful, kind, and efficient.

I especially liked the cookie dough and recess toppings.

Meh. Wasn’t super impressed with this place. We visited on 5/29/24 and the whole place smelled like dirty mop water. It was 45 minutes before close but the staff was already doing closing cleanup? In fact, there were no scoops for toppings but instead 5 plastic spoons laid out on the bare counter because they “already cleaned the spoons”.

My friend, a customer at this establishment, was treated poorly because of her beliefs and refusal to eat a pork product. Such behavior and Islamophobia should not be tolerated. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, the owners are blocking those who stand up and raise awareness.
