Went in to order tonight and was waiting at the counter for my order to be taken, waited for 5 minutes and non of the two girls seen like they were gonna help ( there was no customer in the store), so I asked if I can order at the counter, one of the girls replied to me with a very nasty tone and attitude…. That was a very unpleasant experience.
everytime I order here something is messed up. I order a milk tea with milk cap, no milk cap. today I ordered 2 sushi burritos and only got one. I'm so tired of this place, think I'll stop trying with them. Lost me as a customer for sure.
I went got a drink and poke bowl from this place today via phone app order ahead as I was running short on time.
the pick up time was from 210 to 215pm. I placed the order at 150pm.
I asked if my order was ready at 214pm. my poke bowl was but not my drink. the lady there said the expresso machine takes 30 minutes to clean before she can make my expresso drink. I asked to make a taro milk tea instead seeing that I didn't have that much time. it took her longer than 10...read full review
