Asked for no beans on chili mack & got tons of beans & no cheese. Gross for me. I suspect it was due to their terrible audio on the drive through. Need to fix that or maybe have employees repeat the order to get it right.
Depends on the location Rudy's on Glendale is by far superior with their chili than 90% bean chili in Holland

The service was amazing, brought a group from a nursing home they were very patient with all of us. They helped get us in held doors opened and had setting for all the people in wheelchairs! When we were done they told us to leave everything and enjoy our day, once again held doors so we could get out ! I would definitely say the went above and beyond and so very friendly! Thank you for making our experience amazing, we will be back again!
