Former Sakura Express location - no complaints at all with online ordering, menu/selection, food freshness and taste. Great customer service from the young man who helped me with my takeout order. He greeted me politely, let me know of an item they had run out of, apologized and told me he'd refund it.

The Crab Rangoon is better than most other places. The staff is generally friendly, although the water machine could use some cleaning.
