I love this place and enjoy communicating with the employees. I hate that I live in walking distance tho because I can’t seem to stay away from there??. I put on at lest 20lbs every summer from eating there so often. I always get the same thing every time (Large eggnog flavored ice cream ? with caramel and whip cream. The employees are so sweet and the service is great! I hope to one day trying a new flavor but until then EGGNOG it is #TeamShivers ?? ?

Good ice cream. Decent location .But they wouldn't accept my $50 bill. When asked why, they said the manager did not want them to accept because of too many countfeits going around. I should have asked if she had one of those pens to check its authenticity .It's a little too inconvenient for me. Especially since I frequent their business.

Not a bad ice cream place, primarily soft serve. They have a really nice picnic table seating area which was nice. Easily the most flavors of soft serve I’ve ever seen. The pistachio was fantastic.

As we were walking to the window the young lady looked at us then closed the window and put a closed sign up I was literally 2 feet from the window and we made eye contact I'll never go there again and since you just asked what time as if that excuse your employees actions it was about 5 min before closing and she had just served someone else as my wife and I watched.the couple walked past us we walked to the window and she closed it and put a sign up well something covering the window

Very friendly staff. I had never had flavored soft serve apart from vanilla or chocolate. I went with BLUE RASPBERRY soft serve and sprinkles in a medium cup. It was good. Flavor was consistent. My friends had Wizard’s Brew and were expecting a butterbeer flavor. They thought the butterscotch taste was weak - like a zero sugar pudding. Would love to try a coffee flavor next! FYI bring cash. There’s a nearly 4% fee for cards.

I had never been here before and went on a whim, but I am super glad I did. I'll be back. Didn't know what I wanted so asked the gals. They suggested like a snicker doodle which had cinnamon. Told them I wanted something more chocolatey, they came up with an idea which was amazing and suggested adding more things. When it was ready they also added brownie bits, plus gave me a sampling of the snicker doodle! ? Sauce was even on the bottom (meaning not just ice cream when you get to the end).Pleasant service and creative, could tell they enjoyed doing this!! Thanks Shivers you knocked it out of the park today on this super hot day!!!

The girls working acted like they had no clue what they where doing I wanted to buy soft pretzels with cheese and was told the microwave did not work and there where people in line and the girls where telling people that they can’t make shakes and other ice cream it made a lot of people mad and they left I will not ever bring my family back to this ice cream place ever again the service is bad the owners need to hire adults and not kids that now what they are doing
