Bought a small two tier cake in January for $180 for my daughter’s bday. It turned out burnt & dry. I always buy from here. I emailed to let them know & I never heard back. Granted I emailed them to place the cake order. No apology, nothing.
The redesign is great! Such a cute interior, great coffee, and delicious desserts. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
everything at this location is delicious. we travel from Huron. my girls were so excited to be able to sit down and talk about their ideal cake with one of the bakers. We were asked to send an email with a picture of the exact idea we were going for and a budget. they would respond in 24 hours. i waited 2 days with no response. not even a respectful decline. Luckily I was able to find another bakery to execute the idea and made beautiful desserts in the matter of days.
