Stone Cut Bistro is a small, quaint place with a very nice atmosphere, suitable for being moderately dressed up or semi-casual. The restaurant is a bit smaller, so when packed it can feel a bit crammed, but it is very clean. The service is fantastic and very friendly, with staff working as a team, making suggestions and keeping drinks full.
The food is interesting, excellent, and delicious, bursting with flavor. The menu offers great flavors, lots of options, and a nicely rotating menu. Portions are large, providing good value for the price. Specific dishes praised include the whipped beet feta dip, the kafta dumplings evening special, the burger, the chimichurri chickpea chicken, the kabobs and hummus, and the vegan mushroom moussaka. It is noted as one of the few places that knows how to cook a steak correctly, offering halal steak.
The craft cocktails are A+++, with an intriguing and unique menu featuring refreshing and crisp drinks like the limoncello sage martini and cranberry rose merry mule. It is definitely worth stopping for a late dinner and is a perfect, upscale take on Lebanese food for a date night.
