I ordered online from this store yesterday and gave an $8 tip, but NEVER got my food. I called the store TWICE and my call was automatically declined. I got NO refund and NO food.
Once again horrible customer service I walked in nobody spoke a worker was sitting down im assuming he was on break still nobody came from the back until I walked out and came back in. Worker's seem like they didn't want to be there, lettuce was brown I asked if they had fresh lettuce he replied all of our lettuce look like that I just went elsewhere ?

Horrible customer service, walked in and it was 2 workers, neither spoke the girl was fixing a sub for a online order and instead of saying one moment just continued with what she was doing the other guy stood around for a moment and started doing other stuff literally it was 5 mins before I just got fed up and walked out and went to another subway, whoever is training needs to teach their workers customer service
