I have been going to Packos since I was a kid. I first came because of Kilnger from MASH always talking about it. It is about 2 hours from my house, but well worth the drive. I like how after all these years the food is the same.
Love this place. When the girls and I make shopping trips this is a must-stop for dinner or lunch. Always there on the weekends and always order food to go! Thanks for the recommendation Klinger!
The canned Chili is a pretty good offering. I took my time eating and savored the flavor.

The Original Tony Packo's is a good nostalgic restaurant to visit, with a souvenir store and walls full of signed hot dog buns. The food is fantastic, with the chilli dog having a unique taste better than an average chilli dog, and other Lebanese food choices. A party of 4 tried just about everything, including the Coney all the way, spicy pickles, sweet German potato salad, pierogis, cabbage rolls, chili, and fries. Everything was very good. One guest had the original hotdog with fries and found the pickles not too sour with some heat. The service is great, friendly, and attentive; one waitress was extra special with a group of 20, treating an elderly lady with care. The place has one special bathroom without stairs. The chilli dogs are awesome, and the staff is super friendly and always on point. Packo's continues to reign supreme.
