Love this place!
Really nice place to eat, atmosphere was really nice also. I am not a very needy person, but our waitress was not very attentive to what I needed. I almost had to beg for a second adult beverage. I most definitely will go back and give them another chance.
We ordered the Cuban Sandwich with fries, tostones, queso with chips, and black bean rice mix. Literally everything was so delicious!!! The sauce for the tostones was a perfect match! Food was prepared quickly for pickup. So happy to have found a good Cuban restaurant here in Toledo! Will be returning regularly! If you’re on the fence, give this place a chance!

Sweet Havana is a little restaurant that feels like the kind of place you'd go to on vacation. The atmosphere and vibes are great, with fun and colorful decor and a nice bar. The food is 10/10 and authentic Cuban. Dishes include the ropa vieja with congri and sweet plantains, Cuban sandwich, Cuban style croquettes, and steak with peppers and onions described as a Steak Carnitas done right. The free crispy bread with aioli type dip and mojo sauce is delicious. The drinks are delicious and strong, including fantastic margaritas. Portions are large, and the service is delightful. The owners are very involved and make customers feel at home. Bathrooms are very clean. The restaurant is on a small strip mall with plenty of parking. It is one of the best kept secrets in Toledo and highly recommended.
