“I've ordered from this location consistently since the week it opened in mid 2021. Easily over 100 times. Only issue I've had with my order is sometimes they forget the cup of nacho cheese. I also typically substitute black beans for meat and they've always gotten it correct. This used to be a HUGE problem years ago, before Taco Bell made a veggie menu.
I see a lot of bad reviews for this location because of the wait times, which are a big problem. I think it's usually due to lack of staff. I also only use the app when ordering and I'll order at least 15-20 minutes before arriving. Always around dinner time, so I'm sure it's worse late at night. Keep in mind your order will disappear from their screens after an hour.. It's happened to me.. I've also abandoned food after waiting too long.
I felt compelled to write this review after I was given someone elses order on Friday. They said my name and then handed me the food. I asked everyone waiting if it was for them, it wasn't taped shut, so not a doordash or mobile order. I left with the food and realized it was a 16 item order! I want to sincerely apologize to the person whose order I took and the staff if they had to remake everything!
That being said, I'll be back again and again and again..!“
“I usually like Taco Bell, but lately, they've been lacking with their quality of their food. It should be totally fresh when it's ordered and last longer than a 5 minute ride home. Meaning, you're tacos shouldn't be soaked through, to were the taco is soggy. Disappointed.“
“I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I feel like this location is raising the bar! With the rising food prices one of the things I always fear is paying a premium for food and feeling ripped off after getting it. This location has never let me down!“
“Overall, a rather decent taco bell experience! I didn't get sick, didn't have the runs, and my food was fresh. ? I typically go for the vegan options here and they are the easiest on my system but I'll tear up a cantina taco or chicken quesadilla! The speed of the drive thru was not quick but the friendliness was definitely there.

“I was having a terrible day today and the drive thru worker (I wish I got his name, but he was wearing a purple hoodie and had a beard) was very nice, quick with the order, and labeled our Crunchwraps so we could tell them apart without opening them! He also gave my dog some treats. It completely turned my day around so I had to write a review when I got home! Thank you again.“

“This Dorr St Taco Bell is probably one of thee cleanest I've ever been to both inside and out. I was in the drive thru around 230am the other night and saw about a handful of car near the entrance dining room door. So I called to see if I could eat inside and the girl said yes until 3am it was open till she was very polite and they answered the phone quickly as well. Went inside ordered, very nice employee took my order, got the order correct and the food so amazingly great and fresh tasting. I got a 2 pk of the cinnamon bons and a cheesy gordita crunch side of avocado ranch. Food was so delicious I went back and ordered a 12 pack of the cinnamon bons to go.I will defeat be back here to this location when craving Taco Bell again.“

“Taco Bell was really good, we had soft tacos, hard tacos, burrito and I had crunchwrap supreme. Even though many people say that Taco Bell is not really Mexican, I like that kind of Mexican! I have always loved Taco Bell in fact the whole family loves Taco Bell.“
“Even Though This Location Isn't The Best In The City Of Toledo, It's Definitely Not The Worst. One Downside To The Taco Bell Location Is There Consistency In Making Food. Typically The Burritos Are Clumpy And Not How Its Suppose To Look Especially From Advertising. They Also Tend To Forget Meals For Example The Last Time I Was There, They Forgot About A Hard Shell Taco. However This Location Is One Of The Buissiest Locations In The Area So It Kinda Makes Sence, Not Every Place Is Perfect.“

“Food is busting. Whoever was on at 12:30am helped me out when they didn't have to and were rather patient with me. I got myself an order and then got two doordash orders while in line and they were pretty cool about it. I also misspoke when I gave them my order and they fixed it for me after I had already paid and that was quite kind. Overall highly satisfied and comfortable at this location. Specific shout-out to the dude who seemed like probably manager or something.
