The service at Zia's is top notch. The food is wonderful too. I did not care for my entree (gambieri shrimp) but it was a personal preference not a defect in the food. I would absolutely recommend the restaurant to anyone.
We went to try their menu for Restaurant week. We will be returning! It was wonderful and our server Juliette was amazing! The entire staff was friendly and helpful!
We had the best waitress we ever had their. Brionna did a wonderful job and great happy personality.
We had not been to Zias in some time. Had an early dinner and able to get a seat near window so nice view. Staff excellent, attentive but not intrusive. Food very good. Prices not cheap but not over the top. Appropriate for the setting and quality of food and wait staff.
Great place to take a group. The pizza is huge and enough for 2-4 people. The service was quick and friendly. The bathrooms are in the adjoining restaurant but still very close.
It was Valentines Day so very busy and I do understand, had a reservation for 7:15 and got seated at 7:55, bread came after the salad, my meal was to be prepared tableside as stated in the menu and described by waitress, it was not prepared tableside so I was disappointed, waitress was great, food was great, sat at a high table right next to a couple that was not having a pleasant conversation(too close to next table) so I do not recommend the high tables, I will go back again when not so busy and sit at a regular table
Overall, it was very nice. It was very busy since it was Valentine's Day, but the service was fine. We're looking forward to eating at Zia's again soon!
Valentine's Day here was amazing! Expensive but if you're trying to impress it's a great place to go.
We had a reservation at 8:30 not realizing the restaurant closed at 9. Our waitress was so great and didn't mind us staying a little later than close to catch up. We appreciated her so much!
We have had better experiences at Zia's but this one was good. It seemed that the bread was not as fresh as usual and it took quite a while to receive each course.

Disappointing this time. Have been here many times before. In spite of very sparse customers, service was slow. The restaurant was cold---to the point that it felt like the management had turned down the heat to save on utility bills. Food was fairly OK; previously this place had not felt expensive, but it did on out recent visit even though prices probably had not been increased.
I liked the atmosphere and they have a very good happy hour selection and prices, but the food was not very good. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish but not a lot you can do wrong with Chicken Parmesan or so I thought. It was just not very flavorful and the coating separated from the chicken and it was a funny color. Maybe their other dished are better but I will try something different next time. If ou are looking for a good Happy Hour it is a choice and maybe another dish will be better.
Service was excellent. Three out of four at our table rated their food excellent. Mine was good, but not extraordinary. Definitely will return.
We were very impressed with Zia's. We made a reservation online and they called to confirm. They had our table ready when we arrived and the hostess could not have been nicer. Our waitress was excellent, the food was delicious and at least two managers stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The staff was efficient and beyond friendly! We will definitely make this a regular dining choice. Thank you!
The food was fabulous and the Manager on duty was outstanding!!! It was New Year's Eve and the manager was right on getting everyone seated and making sure the customers were happy. Unfortunately, our waitress was awful. The manager had to bring us our appetizer and then we couldn't find our waitress to have our drinks refilled, so we had to ask the manager.
