Nice venue for large events we had 720+ people for luncheon...stage, area for dancing...food service is quick and attentive, food is of good quality...they do it right and we return because it works ..plus more than adequate parking and bathrooms for large groups. Venue can be portioned for smaller events..Decor is seasonal and classic.

I was there to attend the Area on Aging Christmas party. It was a good time.

Attended a craft show here and it was a good venue. Easy to find, plenty of free parking. The space is a good size.

Excellent venue for parties and functions for large and small entities.

Visited this location for a private event. The venue is clean, here's to be organized, and has a modern look.

Nice space!! Large dance floor and space for a bar area.

Steer clear of this venue. They completely mishandled our event.

We booked The Premier in Toledo for a concert and things went downhill quickly. Despite having a signed contract and paying a deposit, the venue piled on unexpected fees just days before the show. The total cost ended up being more than double what we originally agreed to.

When we reached out to understand the charges, our contact Thomas Thees responded with hostility and literally told us to “stop busting his balls.” Extremely unprofessional.

We were told we could pay the balance by check on the day of the event, but they suddenly demanded credit card payment with an extra 4% fee just days before. We were also charged for six hours of bar service, yet the bartenders were only there for about half that time. They even tried to pressure us into paying for tables and linens we never needed or requested.

To make matters worse, Thomas initially said he would help us find local staff but backed out at the last minute, forcing us to find help on our own in a city we didn’t know.

This experience was stressful and disappointing. If you’re planning an event, do yourself a favor and choose a venue that respects contracts and treats clients with basic professionalism.

Very nice Venue to hold the Spring Festival of Crafts, presented by the Toledo Craftsman's Guild. The only problem i had is the lighting could have been much better.
